How Seller Delivery Works for Manual and Service Products
A seller and buyer guide to private instructions, delivery notes, order messaging, confirmation, and disputes.

Manual and service products need a human fulfillment step, but that does not mean the buyer has to leave DunginX. The seller workspace, private instructions, delivery note, message thread, and buyer confirmation work together.
//After payment verification
The order becomes available to the seller only after the payment state is verified. The seller reviews the private order context, completes the trade or service, and can add a concise delivery note. Public product pages do not expose private fulfillment instructions.
//Keep the handoff precise
A good delivery note explains what was completed, where the buyer can review it, and any non-sensitive next step. It should never contain a password, recovery code, or unrelated credential. Use the order-authorized message thread for clarification.
//Buyer review comes next
The buyer should inspect the result before confirming. If the service is incomplete or the product is not as described, the buyer should open a dispute. An active dispute blocks the normal confirmation and fulfillment path while the case is reviewed.
Sellers can review the seller guide and buyers can read how to review and confirm an order.
