What to Do When a Game Trade Is Not Delivered as Promised
A clear DunginX process for handling missing, mismatched, or late game trade deliveries without sharing credentials or moving off-platform.

If a paid game trade has not arrived, first check the order payment and fulfillment status in DunginX. A pending or processing status is different from a delivered status, and a mixed bundle may have one component delivered while another still needs seller fulfillment. Read the component-level details before taking action.
Use the order conversation to send one concise status request and provide any required, non-sensitive clarification. Never send passwords, private keys, payment credentials, or recovery codes. If the seller does not deliver, delivers the wrong item, or the deadline is missed, open a dispute from the order and describe the promised item, the actual result, and the relevant time. Attach only evidence needed to establish the issue.
Do not confirm receipt while a component is missing. DunginX Support can review the order, component status, seller updates, conversation, and evidence. A dispute outcome may preserve an already delivered component while arranging a replacement or refund for the unresolved part, depending on the facts and platform decision.
