Buyer Confirmation, Disputes, and Escrow Explained
Understand when to confirm an order, when to dispute, and how DunginX keeps escrow-related settlement inside the order workflow.

DunginX keeps buyer confirmation, disputes, and escrow-related settlement separate so a buyer has a clear choice after delivery.
//Confirm when the order is correct
Confirmation tells the marketplace that you reviewed the delivery and accept the order. The completed order then follows the existing completion and seller-settlement lifecycle.
//Do not confirm a problem
If delivery is missing, invalid, materially different, or incomplete, stop before confirmation. Start a dispute from the order page, describe the issue, and provide evidence that does not contain passwords or private payment secrets.
//What escrow means here
Escrow-related controls hold the order inside the marketplace workflow while payment, delivery, confirmation, dispute, and seller balance transitions are evaluated. A dispute may pause normal confirmation and fulfillment. Resolution can differ by case and evidence; a refund or replacement is not automatic.
Read the dispute guide and keep communication in the order-authorized DunginX conversation.
